Upon arrival of big equipment at the customer’s installation site, the customer’s logistic team or vendor transfers and moves the items into place.

Our experienced service engineers and technicians then handle the installation process. Once installation is complete, our service engineer performs a test run to ensure functionality and precision.

Calibration determines or checks the commencement of new or used instruments to certify that the instrument is functioning accurately in its actual capacity.

Warranty Claim

Service & Repair Warranty

All instruments repaired and serviced by Obsnap enjoy up to 30 days warranty claim. We will not charge the customer for service and repair required on the instrument for the same defect and component again within 30 days.

If the same instrument experiences a different issue or another component failure, service warranty is nullified and a quotation will be provided after inspection.
